Interested in first aid? Want to learn a new skill? Naloxone training is being offered here at Stelly's through Island Health on Friday, December 2nd. All students and staff are welcome. See the posters around the school or speak to one of the counsellors to sign up.

There are over 70  Diploma Verifications missing from the Grade 12’s.  Please hand in to the Career Centre ASAP!

Pizza Day on Friday for lunch as the Cafeteria is closed. Pizza is ONLY $3.00 a slice. Your choice of Pepperoni, Hawaiian and Cheese available!!

Come JOIN THE STELLY’S KINDNESS DRIVE!  As a school until December 9th we are collecting food, gently used winter clothes, gift cards and cash to help support families in our community.    More people are accessing Food Banks for support than ever before.  If you can give, please do! Bring donations to your block 1 class, or to Ms Hackman in the Career Centre if you don't have a block 1 class.  Thank you!

Grade 9 students were given their immunization consent forms on Friday and we ask that they be completed and signed  and  returned to the school office by this Friday, Nov. 25th.

Are you interested in going to France and Italy on Spring Break of 2024? We are going for 10 days and looking for a few more students to come on this adventure. An early registration discount has been extended until Christmas. Please see Ms. Liberatore or the poster on the wall outside of the Learning Commons for more information. 

Homework Help is available every morning from 7:15 am to 8:20 am in Room 46 and after school in the Learning Commons until 4 pm.

GRAD 2023

CAREER CENTRE

ENGL 115: University Writing and Research: An introduction to critical thinking and reading, academic writing, and research skills. Consistent with the conditions and expectations students encounter as readers and writers at university.  All sections include an in-class essay, a research essay, and a final examination.  Program runs Friday from 9:00 am to 11:30 am … February 2nd to June 23rd at ILC Saanichton.

ELC 110 (Early Learning & Care) - Dual Credit Pathway for High School Students beginning February 2023 at Camosun.  Program runs Friday afternoons from 3:00-6:00pm on January 13th to April 14th at Camosun.

Health 111 (Indigenous Peoples Health) - Dual Credit Pathway for High School Students.  Beginning January 2023.  This Program runs virtually (Camosun) on Tuesdays from 6:00-9:00.  January 10th to April 11th online.  For more information see your Career Teacher.  You need to be in English 12 now or you will have to write an English assessment!

Camosun is hosting an information session for Sports Management Therapy.
