BIPOC Club
Black, Indigenous, People of Colour (BIPOC) students and their allies meet to discuss current and historical events through the race lens. The group will also have the opportunity to work with other BIPOC groups from other schools.

Book Club
Students meet once a week at lunch on a day that works for everyone. We select books, read, chat about them, and have tea and cookies. Students choose the novels that they would like to read and discuss.

Culture Club
The Culture Club will be a gathering place for students to share aspects of their home country/culture with other students. We will discuss and learn about the language of the country, the foods, music, and what students from that country like to do in their spare time. As well as sports, history, music, clothing styles and other interesting things. It will be a great place to chat about different countries and cultures as well as make new friends. Students from Brazil, Germany, Mexico, Turkey, Belgium, Chile, and Canada will be there.

Dungeons & Dragons Club
All students are welcome to join us for adventure and camaraderie! We meet in room 48 at lunch on Fridays and bi-weekly for campaign adventures. No experience is necessary, just an open attitude and a willingness to play!

Gardening Club
The gardening club focuses on maintaining food growing spaces at Stelly's. Students are involved in improving soil fertility, planning spaces, building garden beds and structures within these beds, propagation of plants via seed and cuttings, pruning fruit trees, harvest, marketing, and fundraising. Students may get opportunities to extend their learning through building new gardens and creating garden plans for their home gardens.

Scholarship Club
Every grade 12 student is enrolled in the scholarship google classroom where notes from the monthly meeting will be posted. Meetings are held the third Wednesday of every month at lunchtime in the Learning Commons. Tips and tricks for applying for scholarships as well as important deadlines for post-secondary applications are also discussed.

Social Justice Club
This is a group for all students and staff interested in making a difference in the world. We meet regularly to learn about and take action for change. Students determine the club’s actions each year. Past projects have included things like:
food or clothing drives, and Coldest Night of the Year walkathons raising money for victims of conflicts or natural disasters around the world, (bake sales!) supporting children’s education at home and in other countries, environmental work such as beach clean-ups, invasive plant species removal, or school compost programs, educational events for Human Rights day or days to end violence against women and children, volunteering at a picnic for refugees and immigrants, cultural diversity celebrations, and many more!
Our club is always open for students and staff to come and go as their schedules permit.

Vital Youth
The Victoria Foundation allocates each school club $3,000 annually to distribute to registered charities on southern Vancouver Island. Each participant in the club provides input and the team as a whole decides how to allocate the grant funds.

Yo-Yo Club
Interested in a new hobby? Tired of hearing your parents tell you to get off your phone? Have extra time after the early dismissal on Wednesdays? Then come and join Yo-yo club! Hosted in the front atrium during bad weather, and outside to the left of the front entrance otherwise. Yo-yo club is an inclusive, welcoming space for people to learn a new hobby. Other skill toys open to inclusion based on interest (ex: Begleri, Kendama, diablo, hacky sack, juggling, etc) Have questions?
