GENERAL SCHOOL NEWS
Student Information packages were sent home on Monday - if you did not receive yours, please come by the office to pick it up. They do need to be reviewed and signed by a parent or guardian and returned to your block one teacher as soon as possible. If you do not have a block one class, please return the forms to the main office. Thank you.
Today is early dismissal day - you will be dismissed at 2:05 today. For students who take the bus, buses will not be arriving early, you must wait until regular pick up time.
All families are invited to our Meet the Teacher night and BBQ, starting at 4:30. Hope to see you there!
For senior concert band students, there will be class today after school from 2:05 until 3:30 in the band room
For students bringing vehicles, please remember to register at the office to get a window sticker. Information is available at the main office.

Home Hardware in Sidney is hiring PT Sales Associates for after school and weekend work. Drop by in person to their store on Beacon Ave with a resume and cover letter.
Interested in working in communications as a Social Media Coordinator? The Victoria Genealogical Society is hiring a Volunteer Social Media Coordinator to help maintain the VGS's social media channels. Great way to log some volunteer hours and learn at the same time!
Here's another volunteer opportunity for those interested in working in non-profit, and are passionate about youth mental, physical and sexual health. The Saanich Peninsula Youth Health Clinic is looking for volunteers .
