GENERAL SCHOOL NEWS

 

Stelly’s Spirit Week continues! 

Wednesday Oct. 29th: Wednesday Wednesday - yes, you read that right.

Thursday Oct. 30th: Plaid Party-come dressed in your plaid or flannel

Friday Oct. 31st: Costumes-wear your Halloween costumes to school

 

All are invited to Stelly’s upcoming Halloween concert happening TONIGHT! Join the Junior & Senior Bands, Vocal Jazz, Choir and Jazz Band who are performing their latest music pieces for you. Doors open at 6:30, show starts at 7pm; admission is by donation & there will also be a bake sale at intermission. Come out and show your support of our young musicians!

 

The Halloween Dance is tomorrow! Tickets are available from Ms. Miller in Rm 22 at lunch or at the door ($5).

 

All students signed up for the W̱SÁNEĆ course in semester 2, please come for a quick meeting in the Cultural Room today at lunch.

 

Halloween / Costume Contest: October 31st

There will be photos taking place in the main foyer at lunchtime. Photos will be posted in the grade wide google classroom. Students will be asked to vote during the end of block 4. Voting will stay open until the following morning.

 

Attention Stelly’s Stingers, do you like to act, dance or sing? Sign up for our fall coffee concert taking place on *November 12*. The sign-up sheet is located outside the band room. Sign-ups close next week so get your name in soon!

November 12 - Fall Coffee Concert (Doors open at 6:30pm, show starts at 7pm) in the Multi-Purpose Room

 

ATHLETICS

There will be Junior Boys Basketball tryouts happening on Thursday November 6th at 3:15 in the large gym.

GRAD 2026

 

Pumpkin Carving: We will be carving pumpkins today during lunch block! There will be prizes to be won! Make sure you sign up on the grad google classroom. 

 

A representative from Royal Roads will be here on Wednesday November 3rd at lunch in the main foyer for any students interested in Royal Roads and the programs they offer.

 

Stelly’s Grad 2026 Winter Store is now OPEN! Get your grad gear in time for Christmas break and all the upcoming grad events! The online store is open now until November 13th and clothing is set to arrive around December 10th. https://store.passionsports.ca/grad26/shop/home.
