The 23rd annual Global Gala is happening TONIGHT from 5 - 8:30pm. The event is hosted here at Stelly's and will include a large assorted buffet, lots of musical performances by Stelly's students and special guests, an animal showcase brought by Butterfly Gardens, a large silent auction, and more! All the funds raised will be going towards Global Perspectives 12's humanitarian project in Costa Rica. Tickets are $15 at the door on the night of the event, or can be bought from a Global Perspectives student. Come enjoy this night of fun while making a positive impact on hundreds of people across the world. See you there!

Seeing that the cafeteria will not be offering its usual selection of delicious fare tomorrow, we will be having a pizza sale in support of the Sports Performance group! $3/slice and you have a choice of cheese, pepperoni or Hawaiian (CASH SALES ONLY - no debit/credit or lunch cards)! Sales will be taking place in the cafeteria at lunch time. There will be no regular cafeteria sales during the morning break & lunch for Friday only

The Textile Arts program runs a FREE rack of clothing for both the program and for the greater school population. We welcome and accept all donations of clothing and accessories. We are especially in need of denim and wool sweaters which are versatile for repurposing into many different projects. As we also cover mending, repairing and altering, the donated items are often of interest. So please, if you are considering thinning out your closets, consider sending them our way.

Last week, immunization consent packages for grade 9 students were sent home from the school. If you have not already done so, please return the completed consent form to the school office in the sealed envelope as soon as possible. If you have any questions, please contact the local Peninsula Health Unit at 250-544-2400.
