GENERAL SCHOOL NEWS

Best Buddies will be meeting today at lunch in room 49. See you there!

Happy Asian Heritage Month!  Today is the first day of the Stelly's scavenger hunt. There are posters with numbers in the bottom right corner, scattered around the school.  Match the number to the country and you can win a cool prize. There are three prizes to be won.  If you would like to play, please see Ms. Hoffmann for a blank play form.

Mark your calendars for the Golden Hour Coffee Concert on Wednesday, May 13th at 7:00pm. Sign up sheets are posted outside the band room if you’re interested in performing!

Do you like writing? Would you like to attend a writing workshop? Susan Musgrave is an acclaimed Canadian writer, poet, and editor who will be hosting a writing workshop at Stelly's on May 29th during blocks 3 and 4. Susan Musgrave has been labelled everything from eco-feminist, from stand up comedian, to poet of doom and gloom, from social and political commentator to wild sea-witch of Canada's Northwest coast. If you are interested in attending this workshop, please see Ms. Pacheco-Mckinnon in the Learning Commons.  There are only 30 seats for this very exciting opportunity.
