Grads - have you ordered your Recognition Ceremony tickets yet? Just a reminder that you have been sent a ticket link to your student email address. It is very important that you check your student school email as this is the communication method used to send your ceremony tickets and confirmations to. Please see their website to purchase your tickets: https://purchase.tickets.uvic.ca. If you need any assistance, please call the UVic Ticket Centre at 250-721-8480.

Are you wanting to bring a guest to the prom and after grad? Guest applications are due tomorrow, May 26th, and can be picked up in the office. They must be submitted for consideration and review prior to acceptance.

Attention Grads - The Ineligibility List has been updated as of May 19th. There are still lots of grads whose numbers appear, so please check it to ensure your student number isn't listed. FROM AFTER GRAD PARENT COMMITTEE

The Big Day is a month away! We still have some volunteer spaces to fill. They include:

  • Decorating! The decorating crew could use a few more volunteers to help with decorating and taking down the decorations at the end of the night.
  • Roaming photographer. Do you have a decent camera and want to put it to use? We could use one or two people to wander around and take pictures of everyone having fun.
  • Bus riders. We still need 2 more adults to ride with students from UVic to the Keating Coop gas station.

To see all the volunteer positions still available, please go to https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10C0A4EA5A922A7FAC07-52091808-stellys

The next planning meeting is June 3rd, 6:30pm on the family side at Brewsky's. All Grad parents are welcome.
