Stelly’s Senior Drama Presents: Puffs, or Seven Increasingly Eventful Years at a Certain School of Magic and Magic! June 5th-7th at 7pm & June 8th at 1pm. Tickets now available at Stelly's front office during school hours, or email abartlett@saanichschools.ca to reserve! Tickets are $10 each. For parents: If you have not yet paid your students’ school fees, please log in to the payment system (linked here) to check on your students’ account status. Things like sports fees, field trips, curricular work books and lunch cards are available to pay online. If you have any questions, please contact our accounts person at dyouell@saanichschools.ca.
Bayside Big Band and Stelly’s Jazz Band are coming together to put on a performance at HEL,HILEȻ Park on Thursday May 30th starting at 7pm until sometime after 8pm. Both bands will perform and then members will join ranks and play a couple of tunes together. This will be a fun show - hopefully the weather will cooperate. Please come out with your chairs and support the bands at JAZZ IN THE PARK!

GRAD 2024
Just a reminder that guest applications are due on Tuesday! Please get them in with payment (cash or cheque) attached.
BC Transit and our local government are giving all grade 12’s two free bus rides during the month of June! Grads - pick up your GradPASS in the school office prior to June 1st!
After Grad tickets will be available today at lunchtime in the main foyer! $20 per ticket, paid by e-transfer or cash.
Do you have empty refundable containers at home taking up space? Bring them to the Stelly’s parking lot tomorrow, Saturday, May 25th, from 9am to 12pm in support of our 2024 Grads! This will be the last bottle drive supporting this group before parents of our 2025 Grads take over!
CAREER CENTRE
It's almost June, have you completed your work experience book yet? Students can pop into the Career Centre to chat with Heidi or Katherine if they have any questions.
Science and the Sea Day is happening at the Institute of Ocean Sciences on West Saanich Road on Thursday, June 6th. Learn about all things careers for the Coast Guard. The bus leaves Stelly's at 9:30am and will be back at Stelly's for noon. There are spots for eight students only, first come first served; field trip forms are in the Career Centre and are due Friday, May 31st.
Have you heard of Big Brothers/Big Sisters Organization? Youth aged 14 and up are eligible to mentor, and volunteering as in school teen mentor can make a BIG difference in the life of a child. Mentors and mentees spend one hour per week at school together sharing interests. Apply now here to get started in September!
