If you can spare some time in the morning on the 24th, see Ms. Wallace for a permission form and details. This is a great opportunity to get your volunteer hours in, but also help out a great cause and support our Global students!

Grads - have you ordered your Recognition Ceremony tickets yet? Just a reminder that you have been sent a ticket link to your student email address. It is very important that you check your student school email as this is the communication method used to send your ceremony tickets and confirmations to. Please see their website to purchase your tickets: https://purchase.tickets.uvic.ca. If you need any assistance, please call the UVic Ticket Centre at 250-721-8480.

Are you wanting to bring a guest to the prom and after grad? Guest applications are due on May 26th and can be picked up in the office.

Attention Grads - The Ineligibility List has been updated as of May 19th. There are still lots of grads whose numbers appear, so please check it to ensure your student number isn't listed. If it is, you need to see Mrs. Pryer in the office asap. This is YOUR responsibility - please don’t assume you are in good standing.

BCTransit is offering grade 12 students free bus rides for any two days in June. The GradPASS program aims to help students consider all transportation options when planning a safe ride home at graduation time, and throughout their lives. Come to the office to get your pass!

For any students attending UVic next year: UVic Registration 101 is at lunch Thursday May 28th in the Learning Commons.  A representative from UVic will be here to walk students through the process of how to register for classes.

After Grad Ticket sales are still open through their website: https://stellys-dry-after-grad.square.site/dry-after-grad-payment. The cost is $25 per attendee - forms must be in and completed in full. We’ve received some incomplete forms and those students have been contacted.

FROM AFTER GRAD PARENT COMMITTEE

Payment for the After Grad event is due now.  The cost is $25 and can be made through our website: https://stellys-dry-after-grad.square.site/dry-after-grad-payment. We currently have more forms than payments.  Guest forms are due by May 26th.

We still have a few spots to fill on the big night. They include a strolling photographer, front desk sign out & clothing return, and inflatables monitor. We also still need 2 more volunteers to ride the bus from UVic to the Keating Coop drop off point with the students.
