GRAD 2026
Grad Spirit Week continues today: Jocks vs Nerds and Thursday is Future You.
Grads - please check your school district email for a VERY important message from UVic! This is the email address where your ceremony tickets and confirmations are sent to.
Attention Grads - The Ineligibility List has been updated as of May 11th. Please check it to ensure your student number isn't listed. If it is, you need to see Mrs. Pryer in the office asap.
Important Reminder - Tickets for the Recognition Ceremony at UVic go on sale tomorrow, Thursday, May 14th! Grads are entitled to 4 complimentary tickets but you need to select them online, in person, or by phone. It is recommended to visit the site to familiarize yourself with the process prior to their release tomorrow. Please see the recent email from Jocelyne Pryer for more information and instructions. https://purchase.tickets.uvic.ca. If you need any assistance, please call the UVic Ticket Centre at 250-721-8480.
Mark your calendars! Thursday May 28th at lunch, UVic will be here to do a course registration information session. If you are planning on going to UVic, you will want to attend.
After Grad Online sales are still open through their website: https://stellys-dry-after-grad.square.site/dry-after-grad-payment. The cost is $25 per attendee - forms must be in and completed in full. We’ve received some incomplete forms and those students have been contacted.

Grads, are you looking for a dress or tux for graduation? The Magic Wand Project is a non-profit organization that offers an eco-friendly and inexpensive alternative to grad outfits for all genders. They rent out grad wear for a small cleaning fee. Details can be found at www.themagicwandproject.ca.
FROM AFTER GRAD PARENT COMMITTEE
Volunteer positions for the after grad event are nearly complete! There are a few key positions that still need filling (https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10C0A4EA5A922A7FAC07-52091808-stellys#/):
- Strolling photographer: Any photography enthusiasts with a good camera out there? We still need someone to take candid shots of the kids during the event. This position is a 10pm - 12am spot, so it ends at a (relatively) decent time.
- Bus riders: We still need 2 chaperones for the bus ride from UVic to the Coop at Keating Cross Road after the event with the students.
Our next bottle drive is on Saturday, May 23rd. This is the last bottle drive before graduation, and we'd like to make it a big one! Please spread the word and bring us your empties! We have pamphlets that you can hand out in your neighbourhood. If you'd like some, please email stellysdrygrad@gmail.com.
