GENERAL SCHOOL NEWS

Congratulations to the very talented (and brave) students who put on an amazing show last night at the Spring Coffee Concert! And to the student executive members who organized the evening - thank you! You all did such a great job!

There will be a parent/guardian meeting for the Portugal/Spain Trip in March 2025 tonight at 6:30 in the Learning Commons. There is also a Zoom attendance option. Please see Ms. Lizama for details. 

For parents: If you have not yet paid your students’ school fees, please log in to the payment system (linked here) to check on your students’ account. 

Course forms are now overdue! Please hand them in directly to the main office.

Today is the last day to get in your 2024/25 Climbing Academy application! If interested in attending, please complete the applicable form at: https://sites.google.com/saanichschools.ca/stellysclimbingacademy/home

Spring Concert! Please come and join us for an evening of music featuring the Choir, Vocal Jazz, Jazz Band, Junior Band and Senior Band on Monday March 11th at 7pm in the Multi Purpose Room. Admission is by donation. All are welcome.

ATHLETICS

There is a meeting for the Ultimate Frisbee team today at lunch in the big gym.

GRAD 2024

There is a Mini Grad Spirit Week coming up March 12 - 14! On March 12, the theme is Country vs Country Club; March 13, the theme is Tight & Bright; then on the 14th, dress ‘old’ for Senior Day!

CAREER CENTRE

Step Up Youth is in the house today!  The Step Up Youth program helps to connect you with a local volunteering gig that suits YOU!  Volunteering helps you discover your purpose, gain skills and confidence and make friends!  Come to the Career Centre at lunch TODAY to meet a rep from Step Up Youth!

There's a family-friendly everyone welcome Easter Egg hunt, happening Saturday, March 30th.  We need folks like you to bring it to life! Volunteer duties include helping kids with crafts, hiding eggs, and providing set up/take down assistance. Come lend a hand and have fun gaining skills and having fun!
