A message from Peninsula Track & Field Club:

Did you know Peninsula Track and Field Club is the only youth running club in Saanich and the Peninsula? In the past two years we have grown, and we offer a strong program for teenagers that suits both those who are new to athletics as well as highly competitive athletes. Registration is now open! We expect the spots to fill up fast, so please encourage your students to register if they are interested. Registration is available at: https://www.pentrack.org. Financial Aid is available. Athletes will be introduced to: sprints, hurdles, relays, race walk, shot put, javelin, long jump, high jump & competition/meets. Our training program gives those ages 9-19 the opportunity to develop physical literacy, speed, and fitness, learn Track & Field specific skills, make friends and exercise in a supportive environment, attend track meets if they wish, and compete in alignment with the LONG TERM ATHLETE DEVELOPMENT (LTAD) pathway. See photos at https://www.instagram.com/peninsulatrack/

   Stay Golden . . . and Maroon!
