INFORMATION FOR PARENTS & GUARDIANS

Just a reminder to parents and guardians that if your student will be absent or late for a portion or full day of school due to an appointment, illness, or a certain concert coming up, please email the office (& teachers if possible) at stellys_attendance@saanichschools.ca or call in to 250-652-4401, option 1.

Recently immunization consent packages were sent home through the school for all grade 9 students. If you have not already done so, discuss the information in the consent package with your child and include them in the decision to provide consent for immunization. Please return the completed consent form to the school in the sealed envelope provided by December 9, 2024. Students in grade 9 will be offered immunizations in school-based clinics. Grade 9 students can make an informed decision about immunization regardless of their parent/guardian/representative decision to consent or refuse immunization. For more information visit HealthLinkBC: The Infants Act, Mature Minor Consent and Immunization. Immunizations will be provided at the school for grade 9 students on Tuesday, February 18, 2025. Contact the Peninsula Health Unit at 250-544-2400 if you have any questions or did not receive a consent package.

  Stay Golden . . . and Maroon!
