Stelly’s Leadership students are hosting a Spring Dance on May 9th with an 80’s theme! Tickets will be on sale starting May 1st!

We are still missing a lot of Grad forms - if you have not brought yours in and/or completed them online through Grad Google Classroom, please do so immediately. They are a week past due and required! 


April 30th - Mandatory Grad Rehearsal & Valedictorian Speak Off

May 6 - Grade 11 Assembly (in block 1)

May 9 - “Back to the 80’s” Stelly’s Dance, 7-9:30pm (tickets go on sale on May 1st, $5 each)

May 17 - Pro-D Day (school not in session)

May 20 - Victoria Day (school not in session)

May 21 - PAC Meeting (6:30pm in the Learning Commons). This will be the AGM and monthly meeting wrapped into one evening. Come join us for discussions around funding decisions and conversations on what has been happening and what is coming up at Stelly’s! Everyone is welcome!


Congratulations to Owen Norman and Dallas Edmundson who represented Stelly’s at the Victoria Police Golf Tournament last Thursday and Friday! Way to go team!

GRAD 2024

Tuesday April 30th at lunchtime, there is a mandatory Grad rehearsal if you are attending the UVic ceremony in June. This is happening in the large gym with Valedictorian Speak Off and voting! Please make sure you are there!

Uvic Acceptance Deadline May 1st: Those of you who intend to go to Uvic and have been given a conditional offer must submit your acceptance fee of $250 by May 1st.

The next Parent After Grad Meat Draw fundraiser at Brewsky’s will be on Saturday May 4th! Come out to the last draw in support of the Stelly’s Grads from 2-4pm!


There are a couple of spots left on the CiCan World of Choices Summit field trip at Camosun on Thursday, May 9th. Come join the Careers team and explore a variety of trades and tech through hands-on activities! 

Another exciting field trip happening at Camosun is Health X Day, where you get to explore dual credit pathways in various health programs including practical nursing, health care assistant, medical radiography and certified medical lab assistant. Forms for both field trips are available in the Career Centre!

White Spot Saanichton is looking for staff, McTavish Academy of Art is looking for a gymnastics instructor, Sea Cider is looking for servers, and Engineering for Kids Summer Camp is looking for STEM summer camp leaders.
