GENERAL SCHOOL NEWS

Do you like writing? Would you like to attend a writing workshop? Susan Musgrave is an acclaimed Canadian writer, poet, and editor who will be hosting a writing workshop at Stelly's on May 29th during blocks 3 and 4. Susan Musgrave has been labelled everything from eco-feminist, from stand up comedian, to poet of doom and gloom, from social and political commentator to wild sea-witch of Canada's Northwest coast. If you are interested in attending this workshop, please see Ms. Pacheco-Mckinnon in the Learning Commons.  There are only 30 seats for this very exciting opportunity.

The Parent/Student/Teacher online booking system (PickATime) will open at 5:00 pm on Monday, April 27th and will close at 9:00 pm on Wednesday, April 29th.  We are asking parents/guardians to go online to schedule their 10-minute appointment time slot with the applicable teachers. We are also encouraging students to attend the meetings. The link is https://pickatime.com/stellys-interviews/client?event=413309. There is also a document with step-by-step instructions here.

Come out for a fun night to help us help those in need (there’s even pizza provided at the end of the night!)
