GENERAL SCHOOL NEWS
For any grade 12 students who received an immunization package from Island Health for their booster vaccinations, please return the signed permission form ASAP.
Stelly’s Leadership and Global Perspectives classes are organizing a community food drive called Fill the Hive, today, from 4-8pm. This is the 8th year this event is running. Volunteers are still needed to go door-to-door to collect donations for the food bank. Food and cash donations go to the Saanich Peninsula Food Bank. We usually have more than 100 students, staff and community volunteers and collect over 10,000 items. April 25 - Parent Teacher Interviews (The booking system opened on Sunday, April 21st at 5:00 pm and will close today at noon. Booking link can be accessed HERE. Parent/Teacher meetings occur on Thursday (5:30-7:30pm)) with a Grad 2024 Parent meeting to follow (7:45-9:00 pm).

GRAD 2024
There will be a Grad Parent Information Meeting following the Parent/Teacher interviews. The session will begin at 7:45 in the MPR. Please consider attending for all upcoming Grad activity information!
There is a Parent After Grad Bottle Drive this Saturday from 9 to noon! Please bring in your refundables and we will sort them for you!
If you’re planning on attending UVic in the Fall, they are still accepting applications!
Hey grads! Would you like to reduce the cost of your dinner dance ticket? The Spring Plant Fundraiser is closing today at 11:59pm!There are beautiful hanging baskets and bedding plants for sale. Each item sold earns you $5 towards your dinner dance ticket. Grab a fundraising sheet from the office or send the link from the Google Classroom to your family and friends. CAREER CENTRE
There are a couple of spots left on the CiCan World of Choices Summit field trip at Camosun on Thursday, May 9th. Come join the Careers team and explore a variety of trades and tech through hands-on activities!
Another exciting field trip happening at Camosun is Health X Day, where you get to explore dual credit pathways in various health programs including practical nursing, health care assistant, medical radiography and certified medical lab assistant. Forms for both field trips are available in the Career Centre!
White Spot Saanichton is looking for staff, McTavish Academy of Art is looking for a gymnastics instructor, Sea Cider is looking for servers, and Engineering for Kids Summer Camp is looking for STEM summer camp leaders.
