Hey Stingers! It’s Earth Day this weekend! To celebrate, the Social Justice club is having a bake sale on Tuesday at lunch in the main foyer. All proceeds go to the Wild Arc Animal Rehabilitation centre! Bring your money!
Just a reminder that Grad packages are due tomorrow, Friday, April 19th! If you missed picking yours up, please come by the office to get one. The grad Google Classroom is only for students: parents can stay up to date by visiting the Grad website (https://sites.google.com/saanichschools.ca/stellysgradplanning/home)
For any grade 12 students who received an immunization package from Island Health for their booster vaccinations, please return the signed permission form to the front office by Friday the 19th.
Stelly’s Leadership and Global Perspectives classes are organizing a community food drive called Fill the Hive on Wednesday April 24th from 4-8pm. This is the 8th year this event is running. Volunteers are needed to go door-to-door to collect donations for the food bank. Food and cash donations go to the Saanich Peninsula Food Bank. We usually have more than 100 students, staff and community volunteers and collect over 10,000 items. Are you interested in travelling to Spain and Portugal next year during Spring Break? Please go see Ms. Lizama in room 49 to pick up an information package.

You may now call in to 250-652-4401 and select option #1 to report any student absences (illness, vacation, appointments, etc), late or early pickups. Hey grads! Would you like to reduce the cost of your dinner dance ticket? There is a fundraising opportunity selling hanging baskets and bedding plants. Each item sold earns you $5 towards your dinner dance ticket.

Stelly's is invited back to Camosun for the Ci Can (See Can) World Of Choices Summit on Thursday May 9th. This field trip is an opportunity for ALL students to explore a variety of trades and technology - hands on!
