GENERAL SCHOOL NEWS

An Evening of Performing Arts is happening tomorrow night! The beginner dance class and senior musical theatre students will be showcasing their talents in the MPR beginning at 7pm. $5 tickets are sold at the door; doors open at 6:30pm. Hope to see you there!

Just a reminder of the end of semester schedule for classes next week (please see below). If you have a class in blocks 1-4, attendance is mandatory on the appropriate days. Any students with ‘outside the timetable’ classes should check with their teacher for attendance. On Friday January 30th, students are only required to attend classes if they need to catch up on or complete work /assignments prior to semester end.

Interested in traveling to Europe to see some sights, learn some history, and have some fun?  Registration for the April, 2027 trip to France for the 110th Vimy anniversary tour is under way.  See Mrs. Wallace or Mr. Loenen for info packages before January 29 in order to get the best price.  Spots are filling up, so don't delay.

Just a reminder to return all your textbooks, as well as any library books you're no longer reading, to the Learning Commons. You will not get semester two textbooks until semester ones are returned.

It has come to the time of year where we are finding there are more cars parked in the lot than at the beginning of the year, so we are taking the time now to remind students that you are not permitted to park in the “Reserved” or “Visitor” spots while at school. These spots are assigned and one displacement leads to another. Also students, if you are parking in the lot, you must display a registration decal which is given to you when you register with the office. Please come to the office to pick up your registration form. Thank you.
