GENERAL SCHOOL NEWS

We have had many questions regarding assessment dates, so we have included the schedule below. We will be running Numeracy 10 and 12 as well as Literacy 10 and 12 during students’ math and English blocks in January, unless a student is notified that they need to write an assessment to satisfy graduation requirements. More information will be available in the new year, we just wanted to communicate the dates.

Did you place an order through our Grad Winter Plant fundraiser? If so, the plants arrive today and are available for pickup between 3 and 6pm in the Career Center. Thank you everyone for your support!

Beadwork Club is happening today at lunch in room 48. Everyone is welcome!

D&D’s next campaign will be running Thursday December 11th from 4:30-7pm. Be there!

After School Math Help is cancelled today in the Learning Commons

GRAD 2026

Today is your last day to purchase your Grad Winter Formal ticket! They will be on sale at lunch today only - no ticket sales at the door. Tickets are $25 each. You may buy a ticket for someone else (or have someone buy yours), but the person you’re buying for must be with you when you purchase your tickets. This is also a Stelly’s Grad event only, meaning no outside guests or younger students. 

The next Stelly’s Parent After Grad meeting is happening on Monday December 8th from 7-9pm in the Learning Commons.

CAREER CENTRE

Deep Cove Elementary is looking for volunteers to help at their Winter Fair this Friday, December 5th. Please contact sarahashleykerrigan@gmail.com to sign up.

SISP INTERNATIONAL PROGRAM STUDENTS.

Wednesday December 3 - There is a mandatory pre-trip meeting for all students participating in the Whistler trip in the Learning Commons during lunch block.

Thursday December 4 - SISP Christmas Dance Party 5:30 to 8:00 pm Stelly's Multi-Purpose Room.  We look forward to seeing everyone there!
