Social Justice Club

This is a group for all students and staff interested in making a difference in the world.  We meet regularly to learn about and take action for change.  Students determine the club’s actions each year. Past projects have included things like:

food or clothing drives, and Coldest Night of the Year walkathons raising money for victims of conflicts or natural disasters around the world, (bake sales!) supporting children’s education at home and in other countries, environmental work such as beach clean-ups, invasive plant species removal, or school compost programs, educational events for Human Rights day or days to end violence against women and children, volunteering at a picnic for refugees and immigrants, cultural diversity celebrations, and many more!

Our club is always open for students and staff to come and go as their schedules permit.
