If a student has already had grad photos taken and they are looking to book Retakes, unfortunately, they can't book an appointment online, they need to call 1-236-700-6470 or email qvarea@lifetouch.com to schedule a time.  If they have any questions or issues, they can call customer service at 1-888-676-1647
