Dear Grads & Parents/Guardians of Grads,

The excitement of June is well under way, and we are looking forward to celebrating our Stelly's 2023 Grads on June 30th!  

With so much going on, we thought it would be helpful to send out a few reminders, as well an agenda for Graduation Day.

- June 15: Grad Rehearsal @ Lunch in Large Gym (see or email Ms. Tamboline if you're unable to attend: ctamboline@saanichschools.ca)

- June 16: Grad Walk of Honour, Cap Toss & Ice Cream Social for grads and staff

Graduation Day Reminders (June 30, 2023)

- Grad / Family Photos in Sidney from 11:00am - 2:00pm.  The Stelly's Parent Committee have booked the Sidney Bandshell for Grads, their families, and friends to take their own photos. This is an optional opportunity for students organized by parents (not the school).  If you have any questions, please email stellysgrad23@gmail.com.

- UVic Grad ceremony tickets have been emailed to student accounts (https://mail.saanichlearns.ca/)

- Additional tickets are available for $10 each through the UVic Ticket Centre (250) 721-8480

- Please ensure everyone attending the ceremony has a ticket; whether it is printed or viewable on an electronic device, it must have a scannable QR code. A receipt or confirmation with NOT work. You will likely need to either print out tickets or have your student forward the email(s) to you.

- Grad Dinner Dance tickets can be purchased from Ms. Youell in the account's office. ($125 each).  Deadline to pay is June 20th.

- Guest applications have been processed and Stelly's grad hosts have been contacted via email. Contact the office for more information.

- Dry Grad Ticket Sales & Clothing Drop Off:   Tickets are $10 each for grads and approved guests: cash or e-transfer to stellysgrad23@gmail.com (be sure to include the name of each individual ticket holder payment is for in the message field).  Tickets will be sold in person:   June 13, 19, 20 during lunch hour and June 14, 15, 21, 22 during clothing drop off between 8:15 - 8:45am. 
 

Please be sure to remind students to check the Grad Google Classroom often.  Students and parents are also encouraged to follow the Stelly's & Stelly's Grad accounts on social media and check the Stelly's Grad Website and Stelly's Dry After Grad Website often as well.
