A BIG CONGRATULATIONS to the SENIOR GIRL’S SOCCER TEAM who beat Reynolds in the Ryan Cup semi-final yesterday! The girls will be heading to the cup final against SMUS at 5pm tomorrow at Starlight stadium. Come out to cheer them on!
CAFETERIA will be closed on Friday so we are offering a Pizza day! Pizza is $3.00 a slice and can be purchased from the cafeteria!!! See you there!!

On Wednesday, May 17th from 4pm-8pm Stelly's students, staff, families and alumni are welcome to join in our “Fill the Hive Food Drive”. This event is a great way to connect with students and staff and is greatly appreciated. If you are able to help out this year walking, driving or packing boxes, please fill out the Google form. CPF Maple Syrup Fundraiser - Support our SWEET fundraiser! All profits will help us offer fun French learning opportunities for our students in Saanich. Treat your loved ones or yourself! Stock up on our authentic maple syrup - direct from Quebec - to enhance your yummy breakfast, lunch or dinner treats! Please order and pay before May 21st by e-transfer to cpf.saanich@gmail.com Please add your contact details - email address, phone number and your child's school to your e-transfer message. An invoice along with pickup instructions will be emailed to you after submitting the form. Your CPF School Representative will email you the pickup dates and times.
Fun field trip alert! Coast Guard Days at the Canadian Coast Guard Facility is happening the first half of the day Thursday, June 1st, 2023 - downtown Victoria. Check out all things Coast Guard careers, including demonstrations, tours and information sessions. You'll learn about helicopter operations, navigation systems, search and rescue, and vessel tours will all be part of this exciting day. Field trip forms are available in the Career Centre and are due May 26th.
Rifflandia Entertainment Co is introducing "The Monster", the world's largest inflatable obstacle course, and we need student volunteers to help run it! The dates are June 8-11 and you receive two free ticket codes to Rifflandia for every shift you complete! If you're into music fests and having a great time - jump on this awesome opportunity!

ḰELSET Elementary School is seeking volunteers to help run their Spring Fair, happening Friday May 26th from 5-8pm. Shifts can be an hour and a half or longer and run from 3pm-8. Help is needed for set up and take down as well as managing various stations at the event. Earn those volunteer hours while having fun and helping the ḰELSET kiddos have an amazing Spring Fair!
It's that time of year again, this May long weekend it's the 160th Annual Highland Games celebrating Scottish and Celtic Culture! They're looking for awesome volunteers! Perks of volunteering include free admission, free lunch and a T Shirt! Check the Career Ed Website for more info.
Are you passionate about Science or Engineering? Science venture is looking for Junior counsellors to volunteer with our team to help lead STEM summer camps! Application deadline is May 30th and all the info you need is on the career board.
The Victoria Therapeutic Riding Association is seeking volunteers for their summer camp programs to help with both horses and camp participants. This is a great opportunity to assist those with disabilities to enjoy a horse riding experience. Whether or not you are a horse person, you're invited to help use horseback riding as therapy for those who need it most. As always, more info is available on the Career Ed website!
Operation Trackshoes is looking for volunteers to help kids with developmental disabilities. You would be providing support for athletes in wheelchairs, as well as fun and recreational events appropriate for all ages and levels of ability. The event runs June 9-11. Application packages are available in the Career Centre and there is a poster on the Career Board with more info.
