GENERAL SCHOOL NEWS

Sign up sheet for the May Coffee Concert is posted outside the band room. It will be there until tomorrow May 3rd so sign up today!. 

Stelly’s Spring Dance is happening this  Thursday, May 4th in the MPR from 7pm to 9:30pm. Tickets are $5.00 each and on sale at lunch in the main foyer.  Eeveryone is invited! Join us for music, dancing, games and more!!

On May 17th from 4pm-8pm Stelly's students, staff, families and alumni are welcome to join in our “Fill the Hive Food Drive”. This event is a great way to connect with students and staff and is greatly appreciated. If you are able to help out this year walking, driving or packing boxes, please fill out the Google form. Family and friends are welcome to join too!  Each person must be registered separately. Current students please pick up a field trip form from the office. EVENTS

Studio 63, SD63's teaching salon at the Saanichton Learning Centre, is open for business! Walk-ins are Welcome, and they provide hair cuts, styles, colour and highlights, and luxurious scalp massages. More info is on the career board to make an appointment. Treat yourself, you deserve it!

The TD Art Gallery paint in on Moss Street is the largest summer arts festival on the island, and it's looking for volunteers! Earn your community hours for graduation while having fun and supporting the arts.  More info on the career board!

Info and forms for Paddle Club are available on the door of Rm 20. Sign up for our first paddle on Friday, May 5th! 

Another exciting volunteering opportunity! The Brentwood Bay Association is seeking volunteers to help out with events like "Music in the Park", "Brentwood Bay Festival", parades and the Christmas Light Display. Join the fun in your home community. Check the career info board for more information!

Check this out - PANORAMA REC CENTRE is hiring summer sports camp leaders and assistants for both their multi-sport camp and tennis camps running all summer long. Reminder to all Grads - please make sure you have submitted all your forms!

Support Stelly’s Dry Grad 2023 with a FAIRWAY FUNDRAISING CARD!    How it works: Any time you shop at Fairway between now and the end of June, load money onto your Fairway card, and use it to pay for your groceries. Fairway will donate an amount equal to 5% of the total loaded to Dry Grad 2023. There is no cost to you.  Fairway Cards  are available in the office.

Stelly's Dry After-Grad is hosting  2  paint nights at McTavish Academy of Art.  Happening on Friday, May 5th from 6-9pm and Sat, May 6th from 1-4pm.  $45/person   https://mctavishacademy.ca/product/stellys-fundraiser/     There are only 40 seats available per evening, so sign up ASAP to reserve your seat.
