SPRING COFFEE CONCERT is happening TONIGHT, Wednesday, March 8th.   It starts at 7pm tonight! Come on out and enjoy our Stelly's students perform!!!


AFTER SCHOOL HOMEWORK HELP is in Room 46 this afternoon as we are having a staff meeting! Any questions ….please see the office!

MUSIC CONCERT  is happening next week on the evening of Wednesday, March 15th and will start at 7:30 and will feature Vocal Jazz, Jazz Band, Choir, Junior Band and the Senior Band. Admission is by a suggested donation of $10. 

ALL Course Forms were due last THURSDAY ! Please hand in to the office ASAP!! Any questions …. Ask at the office!!

INTERESTED IN WRITING THE WATERLOO MATH CONTEST?  Deadline to sign up with Mrs. Hilton is this Friday March 10th.  Contests are in April for Grade 9, 10, 11, 12's !

FREE CLOTHING RACK outside the Textiles Room. Come on up and check out the rack and take what you would like.  Everything is Free!!

The Pacific Institute for Sports Excellence aka PISE is looking for volunteers for their Family Sport and Recreation Festival on Saturday, May 6th. This is a great opportunity for students looking to gain volunteer hours for graduation. If interested, check the career centre board!

The Saanich Peninsula / Shoreline Medical Youth Health Clinic is recruiting new volunteers for their Peer Health Educator Program. If you're interested in becoming an ambassador for sexual health, check the Career Centre Information Board

Step Up Youth Info Session Speaker Notes:  Are you interested in a career in health care? How about an exciting and challenging volunteer role that would help you gain experience in the healthcare industry? Island Health Step Up Program is for you! Students aged 15-18 can apply for this program that runs September - April. For more information, check out the Step-Up Youth Info Session happening over the lunchbreak in the Career Centre on Wednesday, April 5th!

YOUTH LEADERSHIP & EMPLOYMENT BOOT CAMP is happening on Monday, March 20th thru Thursday, 23rd, 2023  at Greenglade Community Centre. $280.00  Panorama Rec Centre is now hiring!  Come out and learn skills to get a job in recreation!!

 Experience the journey of a lifetime!!  YMCA Summer Work Student Exchange program is a national exchange program offering opportunities for youth to improve their second official language skills, explore another part of Canada, and gain valuable work experience through a work placement while on the exchange.  The program runs July 1 to August 12, 2023, you must be 16 or 17 years of age during the summer program.  Applications are currently being accepted,  Early Bird Deadline: February 26, 2023.  For more information and to apply see the Saanich Career Education website at https://careered.sd63.bc.ca/ under the Travel and Exchanges tab.
