A huge shout out to the Choir, Vocal Jazz and Junior and Senior Bands for an amazing concert last night who performed in front of a full house! Congratulations everyone and thank you for your support

A huge thank you to all the students, staff and community members who volunteered and donated to our Fill the Hive Food Drive! Congratulations on reaching 9200 items and receiving $900 in monetary donations! What a great community we are a part of - we couldn’t have done it without you!

GRAD 2025

Only a few days left for the Spring Plant Fundraiser! Hanging basket and bedding plant sales can offset your ticket price by $5 per item sold. Send your friends and family to the following link or pick up a fundraising sheet at the office! This is your last day to purchase tickets for the Dry After Grad Event! They are on sale today at lunch in the main foyer for $25 payable by cash or cheque. Cheques payable to: "Stelly's Parents Grad Account"The Dry After Grad Celebration is a huge event that happens at the UVIC SUB after the grad dinner/dance, from 10pm – 2:30am. It is organized by Stelly’s parent volunteers, and includes great food, entertainment, door prizes and more! Parents, please contact stellysdrygrad@gmail.com for more information, or to volunteer!  

The Parent After Grad Committee has some fundraising opportunities coming up and we’d love your support as we do a final push to graduation! There are bottle drives coming up on April 26th and May 24th happening at Stelly’s from 9am to 1pm. There will be an online silent auction running from April 23rd to May 2nd and our last 2 meat draws at Brewsky’s from 2-4pm on May 3rd and May 24th. There will also be a Paint Night on May 9th. Please consider donating or coming out to one (or all) of our fundraising events! Details will be up on our Facebook page as they become available (Stelly’s Secondary School Parents Dry After-Grad).

SCRAP METAL RECYCLING: There’s a large blue metal recycling bin in the upper parking lot by the street that is awaiting your scrap metal donations. If you have any metal stuff at home, in your yard or in the shed that you want to get rid of, it’s accessible 24/7 for drop-off and proceeds go towards the 2025 Stelly’s Dry Grad.

CAREER CENTRE

Women in Trades and Technology Exploration Day at Camosun is happening May 1st. For more information and to sign up for the field trip, please visit the Career Centre.

PLAN  A is a paid work experience summer program offered to students in grade 11 & 12  who are interested in a career in Carpentry. The deadline to apply is April 30th. Come to the Career Centre for more information and application forms.

Are you a student in grade 9 or 10 interested in a career in health?  Hands on Health Day is happening at Camosun College on Tuesday, May 20th. Come to the Career Centre for more information and to sign up for this field trip. Deadline to apply is May 2nd.
